Return and Exchange Policy:
1-Due to the sensitivity of electronic products sold Items are not refundable.
2-Items can be exchanged excluding (Mobile phones, Tablets, Laptops & PC and all Electronic items) if:
· The invoice is no longer than 24 hours and the customer should present the invoice at the time of exchange
· The item is not used and the packaging is not opened, damaged and must be clean also the item must be is in pre-sales conditions.
· When exchanged the price of new item must be equal or greater than the old item.
3- In the events of factory defect the terms and conditions of the Brand itself will apply and Jibal Zone is not responsible.
4- Factory defect only includes defects that are accrued during production and it dose not include issues due the customer fault such as (Falling, Broken, Wetting and Scratches).
5- All items have warranty were the length and terms of the warranty are defined by the Brand itself in the event of product issue the customer should visit their service centers and Jibal Zone is not responsible.
